Makeup sessions for on-location shoots are not available. There are no complimentary makeup sessions provided. If makeup is required, parents will be responsible for the following costs:
Green/Black Screen Sessions:
Athletes needing a makeup session will be charged $50 each.
All sessions will be held at 4189 Salt Spring Lane
Payment must be made via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or Apple Cash before the session day.
Game Day - We typically deliver within 72 hours.
Banners - After we have your final approval to print, we have your banners back within 48 hours.
Media Day - Depending the number of athletes being photographed.
Your organization must appoint a representative to review and provide written approval before we send banners to the lab. Coastal Sports LLC will not be held liable for any errors not identified during this review process. Any reprints due to mistakes discovered after approval, including misspellings, color issues, or requests for different poses, will be at the client's expense.
